Job Summary
As a National B2B Sales Representative, you'll drive revenue by selling PolyMade's bespoke custom
planters to commercial clients across the U.S. This fully remote role minimizes travel to less than
5% of your time, focusing on virtual relationship-building, lead nurturing, and closing high-value
deals from wherever you are. You'll thrive on uncapped commissions, targeting $1M+ in annual
quota while representing a brand that's differentiated from its competitors. If you're a relationship-

Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Leverage provided inbound leads from marketing
campaigns to qualify commercial targets (e.g., landscape architects, property owners,
contractors, retail chains, hospitality groups) and build a robust pipeline.
Product Consultations: Educate prospects regarding PolyMade's customizable features and
design benefits, from size specs to engraved branding to improved plant health, tailoring
solutions to client needs for their projects.
Sales Cycle Management: Guide prospects from initial inquiry through specification,
project price quote and close, managing CRM (HubSpot) for task follow-up, pipeline
forecasting and quarterly quota attainment.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships by providing post-sale support, laying
the groundwork for future projects, and gathering feedback to refine our offerings.
Reporting and Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design and production teams to
ensure on-time delivery of built-to-spec orders, reporting weekly on pipeline health.
Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in landscaping, construction services, or
custom manufacturing (bonus: familiarity with planters or outdoor fixtures).
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quotas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with primarily virtual client
interactions and occasional minimal travel.
Very organized individual with the ability to multi-task and deal with interruptions; Self-
starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Workspace; basic knowledge of design
software a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization required, fully remote setup in the Kansas
City metro area with reliable high-speed internet essential.
