in Norcross, GA, specializing in high-quality

. We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a National Account Manager. This is a chance to move up, lead national accounts, and make a direct, visible impact on our company's future.

Senior-level experience is not required; eagerness, drive, and proven success in previous sales roles are.



What You Will Be Doing



The National Account Manager will be a key player in accelerating our business growth across the U.S. Your core responsibilities will include:

Account Growth:

Working with our

current customers

(directly or through manufacturers' representatives) to significantly

increase product penetration

and sales volume.

New Business Development:

Aggressively pursuing and securing

new national accounts

across target channels.

Channel Expansion:

Focusing efforts on expanding our footprint in exciting new markets, including

big box retail, sporting goods, and e-commerce

.

Customer Base:

Managing relationships within established channels such as

Home Improvement

and

Hardware

.

Strategy & Execution:

Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals.

What We're Looking For



This role is ideal for a candidate who is

"hungry"

for a national role, not a person who has already "done it all."

Proven Success:

Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a prior role (e.g., Regional Account Manager, Territory Manager).

Ambitious & Driven:

A strong desire to earn more and take on greater responsibility.

Experience:

2-5 years of successful outside sales experience, ideally selling to retail channels such as hardware, home improvement, or similar accounts.

Product Knowledge:

Experience or a quick ability to learn about durable goods, flooring, or related manufactured products.

Travel:

Ability to travel nationally as required to manage and secure accounts.

Location:

Based near our

Norcross, GA

manufacturing facility (required).
