Job Overview:

This position is responsible for assigned territory (currently CT, RI, DE, NJ, VA, WV, KY, MS, DC, FL, GA, AL, MS, TN, SC, NC, MD, & PR) in U.S. marketplaces and will report to the SVP- National Financial Business Development for overall performance and results.

*This position will sit on the southeast or mid atlantic region*

Accountabilities:

  • Prospect and develop key decision-maker relationships with assigned banking and retail industry accounts within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Implement established sales strategy and business plan to achieve quota goals.
  • Plan for and profitably sell strategic solutions that include ATM, Armored, Cash Vault Processing, and/or other services to these assigned accounts.
  • Act as a consultant to develop solutions that support differentiated value within the financial supply chain to the customer.
  • Coordinate actions with and communicate frequently with Branch and District staff and various corporate personnel.
  • Make calls and presentations to and network with senior Loomis personnel and teammates.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Primary Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably with large regional or national accounts within the banking industry.
  • Consultant experience in the financial, banking, supply chain, or service sector would be a plus. Experience in both the sales and delivery of consultant services. Focus on improvement portfolio design, total cost, and service enhancement using technology and process improvement techniques.
  • Financial or accounting experience focusing on value proposition design; unit cost, total cost, EVA, and service improvements. Analytical approach in presenting business solutions.
  • Strong communication skills: maintain constructive, collaborative working relationships with District Vice Presidents, Branch, and Corporate personnel.
  • Financial industry, experience a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Financial, or like field, preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel at least 35%.
