Tower Agency, LLC is currently interviewing full-time candidates for a nanny/house manager position in Downtown Boulder. The family is looking for reliable, long-term support Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. They have three amazing children, but the two older children are in school the majority of the time, so childcare would mainly be for the baby. This is a multifaceted position with childcare and house management evenly divided throughout the day. It is important to the family to find someone that has previous house manager experience and feels comfortable flowing between both roles. The ideal nanny for this position has experience with babies and children under age five. The right nanny is warm, empathetic, and trustworthy. They appreciate a gentle demeanor, strong connections, clear communication, and an openness to learning their parenting style. The family enjoys indoor and outdoor activities, child-led play, arts and crafts, encouraging creativity, playing at nearby parks, and engaging the kids on their level. For the household manager portion of this job, they are seeking someone that is organized, detail-oriented, communicative, and a self-starter. This job includes: grocery shopping, restocking home supplies, organizational projects, tidying up the main spaces, kids\' laundry, scheduling, and other related tasks to keep the home running smoothly. This position is offering 40 guaranteed hours per week, two weeks of paid vacation, paid holidays, accrued sick days, mileage reimbursement, and payment through a payroll service. The family is hoping for a long-term relationship with someone that would like to commit for a minimum of one year, but can see themselves growing with the family for the next couple of years.
