Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Nail Technicians and Lash Technicians to join our full-service salon. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for beauty and wellness, providing exceptional service to our clients while demonstrating expertise in various techniques. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strong customer service abilities to ensure a satisfying experience for every client.

Duties

Perform nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while adhering to sanitation standards. Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. Provide hair styling services, including hair extensions and barbering techniques as needed. Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments with professionalism and skill. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients' beauty routines and upselling services when appropriate. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with salon sanitation protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences while providing expert advice on beauty treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, hair styling, and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification is required. Strong understanding of color theory and its application in beauty services. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of retail math to assist in sales transactions effectively. Experience in dermabrasion techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Proficient communication skills to convey information clearly to clients and team members. A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene within the salon environment.
