Strata Legal Talent is working with a boutique music law firm dedicated to protecting and empowering artists and their creative work. The firm combines deep music industry knowledge with hands-on, client-focused service, representing both emerging and established artists and entertainment companies.

The Role:

The firm is seeking a transactional attorney experienced in music agreements. You will work directly with clients and the firm's leadership, providing practical legal counsel and helping structure deals that shape artists' careers.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate music and entertainment agreements (recording, publishing, management, licensing) Advise clients on transactional and business matters in the music industry Collaborate with clients and team members to structure deals and resolve legal challenges

Qualifications:

Substantial experience with music agreements and transactional work in the entertainment industry Strong understanding of the music business Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills

Compensation:
