Restaurant Manager for Dining Cruise Yachts. Will oversee and manage Front-of-House and be responsible for Food & Beverage operations.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for various areas within the operation:

These include but are not limited to

Guest Satisfaction and Hospitality

Food and Drink Presentation as well as Restaurant Atmosphere

Daily Front and Back of House Operations

Establishing seating assignments and seating guests as they arrive

Assisting GM in the selection of FOH and BOH employees

Managing performance of all hourly employees

Training new and current employees on proper customer service

Promoting a team atmosphere

Ensuring company policies and standards are being executed at every level

Verifying that the facility is being kept clean and organized

Assisting customers in coordinating their events for maximum enjoyment

Overall safety of crew and guests

At Starlite Cruises we offer a variety of cruises with public and private events, some duties will be coordinating wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as other special events on board.

As a crewmember on our vessels, a Department of Transportation Drug Screen is required by the Coast Guard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
