The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and team performance of multiple Waxxpot locations. This role ensures consistent brand standards, drives sales and profitability, and develops strong Store Managers and teams across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and support multiple Waxxpot locations
Develop leadership talent and succession plans within each location
Conduct regular performance reviews and accountability check-ins
Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of front desk and wax specialists
Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture
Operations & Brand Standards
Ensure all locations operate in compliance with Waxxpot brand standards and procedures
Maintain consistency in cleanliness, safety, and service execution
Ensure compliance with state labor laws, payroll practices, and company policies
Address operational challenges and implement corrective action plans
Sales, Metrics & Financial Performance
Drive sales growth in services, memberships, and retail
Monitor and analyze KPIs including:
+ Revenue and sales goals
+ Membership conversions and retention
+ Rebooking and productivity
+ Labor cost and scheduling efficiency
Support promotions, local marketing, and community outreach efforts
Guest Experience
Ensure exceptional guest experience across all locations
Address escalated guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
Monitor reviews, guest feedback, and satisfaction trends
Implement training or process improvements based on guest insights
Training & Development
Ensure consistent onboarding and ongoing training for all staff
Partner with Store Managers to ensure proper technical and sales training
Maintain service consistency and Waxxpot standards across all locations
Identify performance gaps and create action plans
Qualifications
3+ years of multi-unit retail or service management experience (beauty/wellness preferred)
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
Experience driving sales metrics, memberships, and labor efficiency
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations
Schedule & Expectations
Full-time position
Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed
Regular in-location presence at assigned Waxxpot studios
