The Good Feet Store is America's #1 Arch Support Store, and we're looking for a hands-on, sales-driven Multi-Store Manager to oversee our Seabrook and Manchester locations. This is not a desk-only management role. This is a working leadership position for someone who understands consultative sales, leads by example on the floor, and knows how to coach teams to consistent results. The Role:
As Multi-Store Manager, you are responsible for sales performance, team development, and execution standards across two retail locations. You'll split your time between Seabrook and Manchester, working directly with Store Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure every customer receives a high-quality, consistent experience. You'll be expected to sell alongside your teams when needed, coach in real time, and use performance data to drive improvement. This role requires presence, follow-through, and accountability.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily sales performance across two locations
Coach Store Managers and Sales Consultants on demos, closes, and follow-up
Lead by example through hands-on selling when appropriate
Monitor and act on key sales metrics and KPIs
Reinforce sales standards and operational expectations consistently
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
Step into direct store leadership coverage as business needs require
Partner with leadership to align sales goals with operations and marketing
Our Ideal Candidate Is
Experienced in commission-based, consultative sales
Comfortable selling one-on-one and asking for the sale
Confident coaching others and giving direct, constructive feedback
Organized, accountable, and consistent
Motivated by clear goals and measurable performance
Available to work weekends as needed
Requirements
2+ years of commission-based sales experience with measurable results
Prior leadership or multi-unit experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the day
Reliable transportation between Seabrook and Manchester
