Your Role as Multi-Slide Line:

The

Multi-Slide Line

position involves building door panels while adhering to safety, quality, and production standard processes. This role requires strong teamwork skills to ensure efficient and effective production.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble panels according to specifications and production standards. Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment. Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any issues or discrepancies to the Production Manager promptly. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What You Need to Succeed:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Good communication skills. Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Standing for extended periods. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Work Environment:

The role is performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and equipment noise. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
