We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians while utilizing your extensive troubleshooting skills across various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and automation equipment. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all equipment and machinery. Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial automation equipment. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on CNC machines and other equipment. Manage preventive maintenance and inspection schedules to minimize downtime. Oversee motor replacement, repair, and maintenance tasks. Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems, including chain replacements. Program and maintain industrial robots for optimal performance. Facilitate machine setups for production runs, ensuring efficiency and quality. Utilize tools such as multimeters, calipers, and micrometers for precise measurements. Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations within the facility. Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

Qualifications

------------------


Experience with single and three-phase power systems. Familiarity with CNC machine repair and maintenance. Hands-on experience with industrial robots, including programming and industrial controls. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Proficient in using tools such as Fluke, Klein Tools, Amprobe. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Experienced welder.
