Job Title: Multimedia Specialist & Marketing Administrator (video producer and photographer):Big Jerry's Fencing is seeking to hire a Multimedia Specialist (video producer and photographer) to capture & produce high quality content for our growing company to add to our website, intranet, social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter), and Google business listings.Summary:

• Must have a strong understanding of the fundamentals in video production as well as intermediate to expert knowledge in photo and video editing software are required.
• Integrate video content for digital platforms, with responsibility for the creative direction.
• Create design and curate compelling visual media design to give vibrancy to internal and external content.
• Role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, developing, and executing animated graphics that drive business objectives by providing effective design solutions.
• Website & SEO development/enhancement.

Duties:
Videography:

• Produce, record, edit, and publish videos for website and intranet. (The primary use of these videos will be for marketing, training, and web development)
• Capture and edit high-quality, customer-facing live action videos and photography.
• Partner with our web developer in producing content to enhance our website.
• Produce and post content on various social media platforms o Update and maintain YouTube Channel.

Photography:

• Take photos of products to give us inventory of photos that we own to be used on our website, project sketches, and Google listings.
• Visit job sites to provide before and after photos of projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years proficiency in video production, videography, photography, and editing techniques.
• Demo reel/portfolio required to apply for this position. Applicants without a demo reel will not be considered.
• Video/Photography equipment to be provided by candidate.
• Skilled in the conceptualization, design and production of graphics, web and print materials.
• Experience with posting and managing various social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in scheduling and estimation for video productions.

Additional Skills:

• Graphic design/document creation experience is a plus.
• Drone photography skills a plus.
• Experience with creating marketing advertisements.
• Demonstrated understanding of brand consistency.
• Great communication skills - verbal and written.

Compensation:

• $40,000-$50,000 based on experience
