Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role involves ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and systems, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot repair issues Prepare vacant units for future renters Upkeep of the grounds & common areas/amenities Basic knowledge of equipment functions, and appliances Providing exceptional customer service to our residents & staff Performs routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventative maintenance, schedules, and repairs as needed.

Experience

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively. A customer service-oriented mindset is crucial for interacting with clients and team members alike. Must have reliable transportation Great work ethic Must own basic tools 6 months of multifamily experience or general maintenance is preferred HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
