What You'll Do

As our

Multifamily Construction Project Manager

, you will:

Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and on-site activities. Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams to maintain alignment and solve challenges. Drive proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations and company standards. Own contract administration, RFI management, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting. Build strong relationships with clients and project partners to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings:

5+ years of experience

managing ground-up or major renovation

multifamily construction

projects. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, and industry best practices. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams across fast-paced project environments. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A strong focus on

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
