.On July 29, 2022, Saint-Gobain completed the acquisition of Kaycan, a manufacturer and distributor of exterior building materials in the United States and Canada. With this acquisition, Saint-Gobain reinforced its worldwide leadership in light and sustainable construction. We are excited to add new complimentary products to our broad offering of exterior building solutions. Saint-Gobain has an immediate employment opportunity in the Denver area for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician. This is an opportunity to become part of a family-friendly team, in an expanding company, with room for advancement. Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
Job status: Full-time \xe2\x80\x93 Permanent
Hourly: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour We offer:

Responsibilities:

• Install/maintain production machines and all the Plant Equipment
• Able to read schematics and PLCs along with troubleshooting 2 & 3 phase motors
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production hours
• Schedule maintenance repairs of ALL equipment
• Purchase and inventory control on all mechanical parts, tools, and supplies (upon approval)
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting repair on ALL equipment
• Read/interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
• Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions
• Use a variety of hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform duties
• Detect faulty operations and defective material, and report to production supervisors
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area

Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum 2+years of Mechanical, Maintenance, and Electrical experience/education
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines
• Must be able to use basic tools and perform repairs

Additional Requirements

Experience:

• Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (Required)
• Manufacturing Maintenance Management: 2 years (Required)
• PLC: 1 year (Required)

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $31.00 to $33.00 per hour, plus #2nd shift differential of .75/hr. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include: (add/delete what does not apply to the role)

• Shift Differentials (i.e., Hourly Rate plus 2nd Shift Differential of $.75/ hr: for hours worked from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am)

• Standard Overtime
