What You'll Do

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to meet exact specifications and quality targets. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to define machining sequences. Monitor live operations, adjusting tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds to optimize cycle times and part quality. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure uptime. Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy and conformance to standards. Partner with engineers and teammates to refine processes and elevate productivity. Keep the work cell clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification or technical degree preferred. Hands-on CNC machining experience with strong programming and operational knowledge. Fluency in reading technical documents, prints, and CAD drawings. Detail orientation and strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced setting. Experience with a variety of CNC machines, tooling, and fixtures. Effective communication and a dedication to safety and quality.
