Qualifications:

A proven track record of leadership and successful management and staff development.

Strong desire to serve others and ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience.

The ability to perform all duties in an outdoor, all-weather and rapidly changing environment.

At least 2 years of management experience

Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability.

Must complete a pre-hire background check.

Responsibilities:

Educate and assist customers with purchasing car washes, memberships, and wash books

Ensure the growth of team leaders, shift leaders, and future store managers

Ensure adequate store staffing by actively recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and promoting internal candidates

Managing customer and employee issues including the completion and resolution of all employees, customer, or vehicle incident reports

Ensure that every team member is receiving development on an ongoing basis
