In this vital support role, you'll assist MRI Technologists with non-clinical tasks, help clarify physician orders, and ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience. Your professionalism, organization, and care will make all the difference in keeping our center running seamlessly -- and in making patients feel at ease.

About the Role

Location:

MRI Center - Arlington, Virginia

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM No weekends, holidays, or call Free on-site parking

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding service to patients and families, explaining MRI procedures clearly and compassionately Set up the MRI suite for exams and assist patients with safe transfers to and from the imaging table Start IV access prior to procedures (when applicable) Ensure patient comfort, modesty, and safety throughout the process Communicate with physician offices to clarify and complete MRI orders Confirm critical exam details (body part, laterality, contrast use) and request order modifications when appropriate

What You'll Bring

1+ years of experience in a medical or radiology office (preferred) Ability to start IVs (highly preferred)

Medical Assistant (MA) certification or MRI Tech Aide certification

(required) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required at hire) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Strong communication skills and a caring, professional demeanor
