Mowing Crew Foreman

TimberPine Landscaping is hiring for our Mowing Crew Laborer/Foreman positions. TimberPine is an Earlham based professional landscape company. We provide clients with full service landscape care. TimberPine has a reputation for providing consistent, reliable, and personalized landscape services throughout central Iowa.

We are seeking candidates for our Mowing Crew Laborer/ Forman positions with job duties that could include mowing and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Aerating, over-seeding, leaf clean up, weeding and general clean up. Other duties could be assigned as needed.

Ideal candidates must be a motivated self-starter, with a professional demeanor, good problem resolution skills, and customer communication skills.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Clean driving record Operate various types of mowers as well as string trimmers, blowers, and associated equipment Operate both truck and trailer as well as box trucks, aerators and possible turf application equipment Install landscape materials as needed Operate field service smart phone app and basic computer tasks Must be able to lift, push, and carry equipment and materials as needed per job Snow removal as needed seasonally
Looking for several potential candidates with a start date as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $19.00 and up based on experience

Benefit package: available to qualified candidates, but would include Paid Time Off, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance and Employee Stock Ownership

Desired experience: At least one year.
