The Elite Mover, a local St. Augustine based business, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing company. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Builds relationships that generate business and referrals by networking and marketing company services throughout assigned territory \xe2\x97\x8f Establishes a rapport and builds confidence in The Elite Mover services \xe2\x97\x8f Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of The Elite Mover and effectively oppose any objections. \xe2\x97\x8f Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations \xe2\x97\x8f Follows up consistently with all prospects in order to grow sales \xe2\x97\x8f Continually develops, creates and manages a robust sales pipeline \xe2\x97\x8f Meets or beats performance standards (KPIs) and objectives \xe2\x97\x8f Uses efficient and effective time management skills Compensation & Benefits \xe2\x97\x8f Commission Based Role/Revenue - The commission will be paid out using the following revenue generated tiered structure. \xe2\x97\x8f Bonus/Net Profit - At the end of each month, net profit from associated sales will be added up and a bonus of $100 for every $1,000 will be provided. \xe2\x97\x8f Hired Referral Bonus - If an individual is referred to the company and is hired, a referral bonus of $50 for part-time (after a minimum of 5 jobs worked) or $100 for full-time will be provided. \xe2\x97\x8f As a growing company, advancement opportunities will become available. Other \xe2\x97\x8f Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen at employer\xe2\x80\x99s request Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship Pay: $45,446.77 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
