About the Role:
As a hauler, you'll help transport large loads, remove debris from job sites, and assist with deliveries of bulky items or equipment. Job types vary by region and may include:

• Junk hauling and large donation pickups

• Bulk delivery of gravel, appliances, or yard waste

• Commercial and residential cleanup jobs

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• At least 1 year of experience in hauling, moving, construction, or logistics

• Able to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs+), with or without assistance

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable dump truck (2008 or newer) with a 12'+ bed preferred

• Equipped with essential safety gear (e.g., tarp, tie-down straps)

• Required tools: Ratchet straps, gloves, safety equipment

• Valid U.S. driver's license and vehicle insurance

• Smartphone (iPhone or Android)

• Willingness to complete a background screening

Required Documents:

• U.S. Driver's License
• Proof of Insurance

Pay Range:

• $30-$50+/hr depending on job type, load size, and region
• 100% of tips + performance bonuses
