Motorcycle Technician - Experienced / Full-Time

BMW Motorcycles Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our service department. This role is ideal for a tech who takes pride in quality work, has strong diagnostic skills, and values a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled maintenance, tire changes, accessory installs, and full mechanical repair work Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers when needed Accurately document work performed in the DMS Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures and standards
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years professional motorcycle technician experience (multi-brand OK) Own professional tools (specialty tools provided) Strong diagnostic capability and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain)
Preferred:

BMW factory training or dealership experience CANbus / electrical diagnostics experience
