Sell Harley Davidson Clothing and Accessories & make coffee. Hang with the cool kids

Must be able to SELL and be heavy hitter in clothing sales and smash targets. Without excuses . Do not apply if you cant sell, no looking for a cashier but a real sales associate.

Responsibilities:

- Manage coffee bar while selling cloths - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product features - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Keep the sales floor clean and organized - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise - Be active on store social media account - Have a friendly and pleasant demeaner
Experience:

- If you can not smile or hit targets DO NOT APPLY. This is a target driven role. - Previous experience in sales, particularly in jewelry, technical, or electronics sales, is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Organizational skills to keep track of customer interactions and sales records
