This is a live-in position with housing, cable tv, and Wi-Fi included at no cost. We are looking for a friendly, reliable candidate with housekeeping experience. Open to applicants relocating to Missoula, Montana.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of all public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting. Manage laundry operations efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing with care. Ensure all cleaning supplies and laundry products are stocked and stored safely according to safety protocols. Follow established procedures for waste disposal and recycling to promote environmental responsibility. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required by management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping needs.

Qualifications

Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred; hotel experience is a strong plus. Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques including floor care (mopping, polishing), dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous. Familiarity with custodial practices within hospitality or institutional settings enhances your effectiveness in this role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays as needed for operational coverage.
