## Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing mortgage loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

## Responsibilities
- Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to obtain necessary documentation
- Analyze credit reports, income, assets, and liabilities to assess borrower's creditworthiness
- Prepare loan files for underwriting review
- Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and insurance agents to ensure timely closings
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and internal policies throughout the loan process

## Qualifications
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in loan processing or related field
- Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and processes
- Familiarity with loan origination software systems
- Understanding of FNMA guidelines and mortgage servicing requirements
- Ability to interpret credit reports and perform credit analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, lenders, and team members

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
