Heritage Home Lending, LLC is an independently owned mortgage brokerage looking to add a Mortgage Loan Originator in Rapid City, SD. We focus on residential home lending and offer a broad variety of loan products to our consumers. As a brokerage, we have the advantage of shopping different wholesale lending options to ensure each customer gets a competitive loan product that is the right fit for their situation.

Mortgage Loan Officer Job Requirements:

1+ year(s) of recent mortgage experience required Must hold or be willing to obtain an active mortgage license for the state of South Dakota Must have NMLS number Understanding of mortgage industry compliance, rules, and regulations

Mortgage Loan Officer Skills:

Strong phone, email, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain referral relationships and lead sources Connects quickly with people Ability to set expectations upfront to the client and keep them motivated through the process Ambitious attitude
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior mortgage experience and will have an already developed group of mortgage referral sources and relationships in the Black Hills area. The role will require the mortgage loan officer to take a hands-on approach from loan application all the way through loan closing. It is a commissioned based position which will pay above average market rate commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
