Mortgage Operations | Chandler, AZ





Barrett Financial Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Closer to join our team in Chandler, AZ. The Loan Closer is responsible for managing the loan file after receiving Clear to Close (CTC). This includes balancing the Final Closing Disclosure (CD) with settlement agents, generating the closing package, ensuring accuracy within our internal LOS (ARIVE), and preparing the loan for transfer to the Funding Department.

Skills

Strong understanding of TRID and general industry compliance guidelines. Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear and concise communication with internal and external parties. Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable. Experience with ARIVE LOS or similar loan origination systems preferred. Experience with UWM LOS preferred. Understanding Correspondent/Non-Delegated loans is a plus. ###

Experience

Minimum 2 years of mortgage closing and/or funding experience required. ###

Responsibilities

Review all submitted loan documentation and invoices for completeness and accuracy. Request and collect any missing data or documentation as needed. Balance the loan with the settlement agent and verify final fees. Prepare and coordinate all final loan documentation required for closing. Ensure all closing documents are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Update the internal LOS (ARIVE) to reflect final loan terms, fees, and status. Distribute closing documents to all relevant parties, including borrowers, loan officers, real estate agents, escrow, and title companies. Ensure compliance with all company policies, TRID regulations, and investor requirements. Collaborate closely with the Funding Team to ensure seamless loan transfer and timely funding.
