Peace Rose Montessori School is seeking a compassionate, dedicated
Infant/Toddler Montessori Teacher

Required Qualifications:
AMS/AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification
for ages 0-3
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in
Early Childhood Education
or related field preferred
At least
2 years of experience
working in a Montessori Infant/Toddler environment with infants and toddlers (ages 0-3)
CPR/First Aid certification
(or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage an Infant/Toddler Montessori classroom
Prepare and maintain an inviting, organized, and developmentally appropriate environment
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles
Observe and document each child's progress using
Transparent Classroom
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Support and guide assistant teachers in Montessori practices
Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and engaging for exploration and growth
Skills & Traits:

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation:
Pay is
based on education and experience.
