Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and administering a comprehensive and balanced fundraising program in support of of the organization\'s goals. This position will likely have both direct fund-raising and operational and / or program oversight as part of their job portfolio.

  • Responsible for the monthly close process to include but not limited to preparation and analysis of the monthly financial reporting and analysis for applicable entities. Ensures timely and accurate completion of all financial regulatory data submissions.
  • Collaborates with Dignity Health Accounting Service Centers and Dignity Health Corporate to establish best practice accounting policies and procedures maintain documentation of processes and procedures and ensure adherence to the policies and procedures.
  • Manages financial activity for DH accounting service centers and/or may include patient financial services system offices facility and/or corporate holding entities treasury self-insurance trusts enterprise IT and travel and expense program.
  • Coordinates and manages the departmental budgeting process including salary and wages non salary related expense depreciation interest expense capitation and other assessments/ allocations.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or a combination of education and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of not-for-profit fundraising and development experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of management experience.
