Multiple Shifts Available This position is 4 hours shift Monday through Friday. The job duties include, but are not limited to: Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances. Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts. Access control duties Monitor and control access to the property as required by post orders. Notify proper authorities in all emergencies as outlined in the post orders. Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook. *This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instruction or post orders as requested by the direct supervisor or approved client contact in order to maintain positive client relationship.* These are permanent assignments to a single site. Full-time and Part-time officers will be needed. Applicants MUST possess a valid Security Officer D License from the State of Florida. Must also be 21 years of age, a High School graduate or have attained a GED, be a US Citizen or are authorized to work in the US, and successfully pass a pre-hire background and drug screening. Applicants must have reliable transportation to work and be prepared to be professional at all times. Applicants must complete a 24-hour MSHA 46 training online.
