We're looking for a kind, caring, and dependable Mommy's Helper to support our family and help keep our household running smoothly. This isn't a typical job -- it's an opportunity to become part of our daily rhythm and bring a sense of calm, balance, and joy to our home.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working with children. You'll work alongside a busy mom balancing career, motherhood, and all the beautiful moments in between. Handle hand tools, power tools, and low voltage equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support electrical installations.

Use testing devices such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical circuits and identify issues.
Follow all safety protocols aligned with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, including high voltage and low voltage systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines.
Assist in conducting routine inspections and quality checks on installed systems.
Support the preparation of documentation related to project progress and safety compliance.

Organized, efficient, and proactive
Curious and eager to learn the home's rhythm
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Skilled in planning fun and engaging family activities

If you take pride in helping families thrive and enjoy bringing structure and harmony to a home, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Support
1. Home Rhythm
Maintain the flow of clean, cozy clothing for the kids (laundry, folding, and organization)
Cleaning shared spaces (kitchen, living area, bedrooms) for a calm and inviting atmosphere
Organize home supplies and keep inventory (so we're never out of the "everyday essentials")
2. Technology + Home Organization
Help manage digital organization (update photos, calendar, digital files)
Support tech needs like scheduling reminders or ordering supplies
Create systems that make life feel balanced and organized
3. Family Support
Assist with children's daily rhythms (homework check-ins and chore accountability)
Help with meal prep and grocery planning (not cooking--just support and setup)
Prep and stock healthy snacks and plan for weekly meals
4. Family Fun + Togetherness
Help plan date nights, family game nights, or small at-home gatherings
Bring fun, creativity, and a little sparkle to family life
You Might Be the Right Fit If...
You light up when you see things come together -- when a home feels peaceful, a mom feels supported, and a family feels connected
You find joy in creating balance and harmony for others.
You notice the small details that make a space feel cared for.
You can anticipate needs before they're spoken.
You bring calm, positive energy into every room you enter.
You understand that this isn't just about "helping" -- it's about co-creating a rhythm of care and connection.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to welcome your warmth, reliability, and thoughtful presence into our family's daily life.
