Trilogy Federal is looking for a

Momentum Financials Business Intelligence Developer

with knowledge and experience in federal financial management data from Momentum Financials to support current and future opportunities on high-priority projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role comes with a focus on supporting external customers with analyzing current data and reporting needs, developing technical solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Synapse, and Databricks, implementing and testing technical reporting solutions, and supporting end users with reports. We are seeking candidates for a hybrid-location role in Arlington, VA or for full-time remote work.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Work with VA end users to analyze current data and reporting business needs. + Develop and unit test reports using Power BI, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and DAX.
+ Review and analyzedata requests from end users and compile the requested data from Momentum financials and other VA systems.
+ Conduct analysis onthe quality of data in Momentum financials and test the migration of data from FMS and other VA systems to Momentum financials.
+ Provide technical support for system testing, such as developing unit test scenarios and documentation, resolving any technical issues, and working with end users to understand report functionality.
+ Attend and participate in meetings with client stakeholders. Potentially lead client meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar. + 3+ years of experience as a Developer supporting reporting and data management efforts, including requirements analysis, report design, validation, and testing.
+ 2+ years of experience with Momentum Financials data and table structures.
+ Experience with some or all of the following tools: Power BI, Power Automate, Oracle, Azure Synapse, Databricks, SQL, and DAX.
+ Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ An outstanding ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
+ Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar.
+ Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ VA or Federal financial managementexperience preferred. + Experience with Federal finance and accounting processes, including monthly reporting, budget execution, and financial audit responses.
+ Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred).

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
