Three R Plastics Inc

is a 30-year-old family-owned Injection Molding and Mold Making business in Spring Grove, IL.

We serve a wide range of customers including Automotive, Dental, Military/Defense, Consumer and Sporting Goods. In serving those industries, we process a wide range of materials, perform over-molding operations, light assembly and packaging to meet and exceed our customer specifications.

We currently have an immediate opening for the position of Molding Manager for our Injection Molding department.

Position Overview

The

Molding Production Manager

Leads, Manages, and Holds Accountable the operation of the molding department, manages the machines, personnel, materials, and products. The goal is to ensure production is completed on time, with minimal scrap, and done to meet customer specifications.

Essential Job Functions

Manage Machine and personnel resources. Manage raw materials for jobs including scrap Maintain Molding Department Schedule Manage Work Centers, Personnel, and costing through E2 ERP Software Ensuring parts are manufactured to specifications, on time, and on budget

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience. A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position. At least 3 years of injection molding and material processing experience. ERP Software Understanding (Shoptech E2 Preferred). Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Other Skills/Abilities

Proven working experience in production environment. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
