Athens, GA market (November 2025)

and are seeking motivated professionals to join our expansion team.

Position Overview

We're hiring

Mold Inspection Specialists

to perform on-site mold inspections, document findings, and offer air quality testing to clients.

You'll conduct inspections throughout

Metro Athens and nearby counties & communities

(Watkinsville, Jefferson, Bogart, Winterville, and surrounding areas).

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, diagnosing issues, and working independently --

without the pressure of closing big sales.

Once your inspection and air quality test are complete, your job is done.
Our

inside sales team

handles all proposals, treatment sales, and scheduling.

What You'll Do

Conduct professional mold inspections for

homeowners, homebuyers, and businesses

in the Metro Athens area. Use inspection tools such as moisture meters, hygrometers, and infrared cameras. Complete our digital

Mold Inspection Report

and upload it to the CRM. Educate clients about air quality testing and offer testing when appropriate. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong attention to detail. Ensure inspection notes and photos are accurately logged after each appointment.

What We Provide

Paid training and certification in mold inspection and air quality testing. All inspection tools and digital reporting software. Pre-scheduled inspection appointments. Ongoing support from our operations and inside sales team. Semi-monthly pay via direct deposit.

Compensation

Flat Fee:

$60-$75 per completed inspection (based on experience and performance)*

Commission:

10-15% on all air quality testing sold during inspections

Territory:

Metro Athens and surrounding area (within approximately 30-40 minutes of Athens city center)

Average Weekly Earnings:

$1,200-$1,600 (3-4 inspections per day) Paid weekly

Ideal Candidate

Experience in home inspections, HVAC, pest control, environmental services, or restoration. Comfortable communicating with homeowners and property managers. Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Tech-savvy (comfortable with apps, CRM updates, and basic digital reporting). Motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
