We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that roofs are durable, weather-resistant, and built to the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties

Install new roofing systems using a variety of materials such as asphalt shingles, metal panels, tiles, or membranes according to project specifications Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs to extend their lifespan and improve safety Measure and cut roofing materials accurately to fit specific areas of the roof structure Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently during all phases of roofing work Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress

Skills

Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar roofing installation Knowledge of different roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights comfortably Excellent problem-solving skills to assess issues quickly and determine effective solutions Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients

Pay: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
