Fleet Mobile Maintenance (FMM)

is your trusted partner in fleet repair and preventative maintenance. Our mobile technicians provide

on-site truck and trailer services

-- from tire replacement and trailer body repair to brake, suspension, and electrical systems. With a rapidly expanding national footprint (including Detroit, Lansing, Flint, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Louisville, Nashville, Orlando, and beyond), FMM delivers reliability, safety, and efficiency to keep America's fleets rolling.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities - What You'll Do



Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial trailers on-site. Perform mobile road calls and in-yard service, completing detailed work orders. Inspect, service, and repair trailer bodies, systems, and components. Conduct preventative maintenance on semi-trucks and trailers. Repair and replace hubs, axles, brakes, tires, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Perform welding/fabrication and other structural repairs. Ensure all equipment meets

DOT safety and compliance requirements.

Document repairs, inspections, and findings for management and billing. Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to client needs.

Qualifications:

Qualifications - What You'll Need



5+ years of proven trailer repair experience. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift 100+ lbs. Basic computer skills for repair order submission. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation.

What Will Help You Stand Out:

Welding experience/certification. Technical school degree or training. Class A CDL.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with voluntary on-call.

Overtime Pay:

Time and a half + $100 bonus for afterhours work (voluntary).
