Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tires for various vehicles, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safe and performing optimally.

Duties

Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire-related tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance and vehicle safety. Assist in sales of tires and related products to customers, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Lift heavy tires and equipment as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Commercial Tire Technician is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A basic understanding of vehicle maintenance principles is beneficial. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.

Job Type: Part-time
