Overview
We're hiring Mobile Support Assistants to provide
Ride & Shop services
--transportation, pickups, and food deliveries for seniors and people who need extra help in the community. You choose when you work. Most tasks include pick-ups, drop-offs, or short transport trips.This is an on-call, independent contractor position.
Helpers can choose when to be available during our operating hours of6 AM to 8 PM on weekdays
. You may receive job requests during these hours but are not guaranteed fixed shifts. Flexibility and responsiveness to job alerts are essential.Mobile Support Assistant (MSA) Responsibilities
Provide safe and reliable transportation
for seniors and clients to stores, appointments, and errands.Pick up groceries, restaurant food, prescriptions, or other items
requested by clients.Deliver orders and items
promptly and with care, ensuring everything arrives intact.Communicate clearly and professionally
with clients and the dispatcher (you).Follow assigned job alerts
received via app, text, or phone.Adhere to company rules and policies
, including: No smoking in the vehicle No extra passengers unless approved Maintain professional, courteous behavior at all timesMaintain confidentiality
and respect client privacy.Keep accurate records
of completed jobs (times, addresses, any issues).Report any incidents or problems immediately
to the dispatcher.Ensure vehicle is well-maintained and clean
for client comfort and safety.Qualifications
Must have:
