We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Sales Manager to lead sales operations in a territory-based mobile retail environment. This role combines hands-on sales, customer relationship management, and territory growth strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outside sales, business development, or route-based selling and thrives in a self-directed, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined customer base within an assigned territory.
Drive product sales through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and customer education.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Oversee daily mobile retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, territory management, or route-based retail.
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Experience managing a mobile or field-based business is a plus.
