Engage with customers in a lively, friendly manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable mobile products and services. Demonstrate product features and functionalities to help customers maximize their device experience. Assist customers in selecting the right smartphones, tablets, accessories, and plans that fit their lifestyle and budget. Provide expert troubleshooting support for device setup, software updates, and minor technical issues. Drive sales by actively promoting new products, accessories, and service plans while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile technology trends, device releases, and promotional offers. Collaborate with team members to ensure store presentation is inviting and organized for an optimal customer journey. Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is highly preferred; enthusiasm for technology is a must! Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently. A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others find solutions that meet their needs.
