Responsibilities:

On-Site Repairs:

Travel to customer locations across NYC, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.

Technical Support:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other electronics.

Sales and Upselling:

Promote and sell Home+ protection plans, accessories, and additional services to meet and exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop strong relationships with customers, encourage referrals, and solicit reviews to build trust and drive business growth.

Independent Operation:

Manage daily tasks autonomously while staying motivated and aligned with company goals.

Transaction Processing:

Handle POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and accurate record-keeping.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the company-provided repair van.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of all devices, tools, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Driver's License:

Valid and clean NYC driver's license is required.

Technical Aptitude:

Experience in repairing electronics, smartphones, or tablets, or a strong desire and ability to learn quickly.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to drive sales and close deals, with a focus on upselling products and services.

Customer Service Excellence:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Self-Motivation:

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated without direct supervision.

Organizational Skills:

Strong ability to manage inventory, appointments, and documentation efficiently.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Background Check:

Ability to pass driving, drug, and background screenings.

Schedule:

10-hour shifts, with availability required between 7 AM - 9 PM. Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed. Opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
