Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle window tinting, auto glass, and related automotive repair services. This role involves applying window films to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidates with dealership experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with auto body repair are preferred. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on vehicle customization and enhancement.

Responsibilities

Apply window tint films to various vehicle models with precision and attention to detail Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows and surfaces prior to tinting application Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to cut and install tint films accurately Assist with auto glass installation, repair, and replacement as needed Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including detailing, light mechanical repairs, and assembly work Ensure all tinting work meets quality standards and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members on complex projects such as auto body repairs or glass installation Assist in estimating costs for auto repairs or modifications when required

Requirements

Prior experience in window tinting or automotive film application is highly preferred Dealership experience or background in auto body repair is a plus Knowledge of ADAS systems, auto glass installation, and vehicle maintenance is beneficial Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and auto repair equipment Familiarity with auto estimating software and vehicle assembly processes is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on vehicles for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small components and precision tools Valid driver's license preferred for mobility around the shop or customer locations
