The Mobile Member Service Representative is the first point of contact for members visiting the mobile clinic. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for members by handling check-ins, scheduling, administrative support, and connecting members with resources. Compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail are key to success.

Responsibilities
Member Support & Experience
Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a supportive and welcoming environment.
Facilitate member check-ins, appointment scheduling, and record updates in EMR.
Address questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Provide occasional member transportation to clinic locations when needed.
Administrative Support
Collect and process member fees, maintaining accurate financial records.
Manage incoming mail, faxes, and other communications, ensuring timely distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas.
Resource Connection & Advocacy
Assist members in accessing resources such as housing, employment, and education.
Collaborate with clinical team to connect members to services supporting recovery and well-being.
Team Collaboration
Partner with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
Experience in customer service, medical reception, or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
