Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic bilingual Mobile Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and demonstrating our mobile products. Your ability to engage with customers and showcase product features will be key to driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile products and services. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management. Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance to management.

Skills

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management. Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems. Ability to perform product demos confidently and enthusiastically. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
