Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience

Assist in maintaining store appearance by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring cleanliness

Support supervisory staff in overseeing daily operations and training new team members as needed

Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong sales background

Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated

Basic understanding of retail math concepts is beneficial for managing transactions and inventory
