We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused, and motivated individual with strong communication skills to join our small team.

Description

You'll travel to different clients daily in our mobile detailing vans, detailing both the interior and exterior of their vehicles. We serve higher-end clientele, so this role requires a professional demeanor in both communication and appearance.

Our average job takes

3-4 hours

, depending on experience, and clients frequently leave tips. Pay is

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys this type of work and can see themselves growing into managing higher-ticket services, such as ceramic coatings or PPF, or advancing into a managerial role over time.

Training & Tools Provided

We provide work vans, training, company apparel, tools, and chemicals--you're fully equipped from day one.

Solid Pay

Paid per job, with commission-based pay equivalent to

$22-$60/hour

(depending on efficiency), with plenty of room for growth as you expand beyond mobile detailing into higher-ticket services like ceramic coatings and PPF.

Flexible Hours

6-9 hours/day

during the busy season (Spring-Fall). Winter months are slower, with work condensed into fewer days.

This Job Isn't for Everyone

You may work independently most of the time, managing your own schedule and keeping your work van organized. Mobile detailing is physically demanding and requires strong attention to detail for long hours. You must stay hydrated and work smart. Clear communication with customers and our team is essential.

Strong communication skills No smoking or vaping on the job Reliable transportation to get to work A smartphone with internet access Tan or brown khakis/shorts and good personal hygiene Ability to work as a 1099 contractor (we'll help with insurance setup)
