Freedom Fleet is the mobile commercial fleet authority delivering precision on-site windshield repair, replacement, and visual health inspections--keeping fleets compliant, safe, and in revenue 24/7. We're hiring two founding Lead Technicians to anchor our expansion across Utah and beyond. You'll be the standard-setter: executing flawless work, shaping SOPs, and grooming future hires.

Your Leadership Role on the Road

You're the face of Freedom Fleet--delivering one-visit resolution to fleet managers who demand zero downtime.

Core Responsibilities

Install & replace windshields, side/rear glass on domestic & foreign fleet vehicles Execute OEM-level ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic) Perform rock-chip repairs and minor restorations Conduct Tier 1-3 visual health audits (tires, brakes, panels, body damage) Prepare photo-documented digital reports Upsell bundled preventive repairs at pre-negotiated contract rates Collect payment & log jobs via tablet in real time

Minimum Requirements

1+ years professional auto glass installation (flat laminated cutting preferred) Valid driver's license + clean record (insurable on company vans) Lift 50+ lbs solo; work efficiently in mobile, solo settings Proficient with mobile apps, digital workflows, real-time reporting References required to confirm performance & leadership
