Required Skills & Experience
12 years
of mobile development and architecture experience. Deep expertise in one or more: +Android
: Kotlin, Java, Jetpack, Compose, MVVM/MVI+
iOS
: Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, MVC/MVVM/VIPER+
Cross-platform
: Flutter, React Native, Kotlin MultiplatformStrong understanding of: + Mobile system design & architectural patterns
+ Offline-first, caching, concurrency, and memory management
+ API integration, networking, and security protocols (OAuth2, JWT)
Experience in: + CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane)
+ Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
+ Automated testing (unit, UI, performance)
Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive complex mobile initiatives.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with microservices, backend architecture, or API gateway design. Exposure to IoT, BLE, streaming, AI/ML or high-scale consumer apps. Knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, and feature-flag systems.Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 68,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 241,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
