BrainDo is in search of a talented and forward-thinking Analytics Strategist with a specialized focus on mobile app development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes and optimizing mobile application performance through strategic analytics initiatives. Job Responsibilities

Strategic Solutions: Collaborate with mobile app developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand analytics requirements, ensuring the strategic integration of analytics tools and frameworks. Analytics Setup: Configure and maintain analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) for clients. Technical Implementation: Design and implement custom analytics solutions to address specific business needs, and to ensure seamless integration and functionality within various platforms. Strategic Documentation: Ability to translate technical concepts into client facing documentation. A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize features, user interfaces, and overall app performance. Data Governance and Quality: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of mobile app analytics data. Problem Solving: Identify and address issues while providing innovative solutions. Communication: Effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous data collection, analysis, reporting and documentation. Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and maintain best practices. Team Dynamics: Ability to work as a part of a team and independently. Certifications: Maintain relevant certifications in analytics platforms and related tools.

Required Skills

3-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably some in the agency/consultancy setting.


Analytics Experience: +

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android).

Experience with analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (Web/Mobile SDK), Firebase, or similar.

+ Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
+ Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and implement custom tracking solutions.
+ Ensuring data quality and adhering to best practices.
+ Proficiency in relevant technical skills, like JavaScript, RegEx, HTML, CSS, mySQL, BigQuery.

Bonus Points

Experience with tag management systems and additional analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, mParticle). Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their analytics services. Other additional analytics/data visualization platform experience. Consent Management Tool experience. BigQuery, Looker Studio. Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
