Job Description
Please note, this position requires applicants be fluent in English and Somali, and the ability to reliably commute to Saint Cloud, MN. Briva Health has immediate openings for Navigators in its MNsure program. The Navigator will provide Minnesotans reliable, up to date information, and assist with enrolling people into the MNsure marketplace. This position will be based out of our Minneapolis office with a Monday through Friday schedule. Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and over the phone MNsure application assistance to consumers
- Enter and update data in a client management system
- Provide information and services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner
- Establish and maintain MNsure certification and knowledge of public and private health insurance information
- Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy regarding human service issues.
